Core Responsibilities: * Leading a team of on-site data collectors: Observing test execution, reviewing test plans and recording processes. Examining standardized procedures at test sites during live-fire, mobility, and Soldier Touchpoint test events * Operational Performance Monitoring: Recording data on specific XM30 requirements, including all major systems and subsystems to include mobility and power systems; survivability and protection systems; lethality and weapons systems; and mission command and sensor systems. Data sources will include government furnished information, as well as independently captured test incident reports covering operational and maintenance activities * Reporting & Documentation: Authoring the test and data collection plans and ensuring data is gathered, measured, and verified for the XM30 * Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives and data collection of documents, briefings, and reports for internal consumption
