This individual will partner closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams to rapidly resolve production issues and drive continuous service improvements., * 3+ years of Application Production Support, Production Operations, or Application Support experience. * Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills. * Experience supporting business-critical production applications. * Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis. * Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as: + Splunk + Dynatrace + Geneos + Similar monitoring platforms * Experience with Shell/Bash scripting. * Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. * Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and issue remediation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment., * Financial services experience. * Prime Brokerage or Equities business knowledge. * Front Office or Trading Application Support experience. * Python scripting experience. * Oracle database experience. * Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. * Experience with DevOps practices and automation initiatives. * Experience supporting client-facing or revenue-generating applications.
