## Description

* Own end-to-end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow
 * Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Golden Instance architecture
 * Lead design for functional domains (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.)
 * Review and validate designs from System Integrators and delivery teams
 * Enforce standardized design patterns across all onboarding functions
 * Ensure alignment with ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and maximize reuse
 * Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB)
 * Present solution designs, trade-offs, and recommendations
 * Identify architectural gaps and manage exceptions/escalations
 * Support convergence of multiple instances into a unified Golden Instance
 * Drive elimination of legacy customizations and inconsistent data models
 * Enable enterprise data alignment and integration scalability
 * Work closely with Development, Integration, and Testing leads
 * Clarify design intent and resolve design-time issues
 * Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and architectural standards
 * Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and long-term sustainability
 * Embed DevOps discipline, governance, and quality controls
 * Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices
