## About the Role

* At least six years of project-management experience.
 * Proven delivery of digital marketing, campaign management, content management or marketing-automation programmes.
 * Demonstrable project delivery experience with Adobe AEM and Adobe Experience Platform.
 * Exposure to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce or other Adobe Experience Cloud products would be advantageous.
 * Experience managing complex projects or several concurrent workstreams.
 * Strong commercial, budget, resource, risk and stakeholder-management experience.
 * Experience delivering projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
 * A recognised project-management qualification and a consulting or systems-integration background.
 * Comfortable working with virtual teams across different locations and time zones.
 * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

## Description

* Lead project discovery, scoping and requirements-analysis activities.
 * Manage project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
 * Coordinate delivery across client teams, implementation partners and geographically distributed stakeholders.
 * Manage resource forecasting, commercial tracking, time management and invoicing.
 * Monitor delivery quality, project progress and agreed performance measures.
 * Prepare project reports and communicate progress to senior and executive stakeholders.
 * Lead Agile delivery activities and support continuous improvement across project-management practices.
 * Guide customers through digital marketing and customer-experience transformation initiatives.
