## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Java Developer.
 * You will have ideally worked in the Public Sector, Civil Service or for a consultancy to be suitable for this role.
 * Strong working knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS (eg, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
 * Familiarity with JavaScript for Front End development.
 * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
 * Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
 * Experience with Python is a significant advantage.
 * Familiarity with containerisation technologies (eg, Docker, Kubernetes).
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

## Description

We are looking for a number of Java Developers to work for a Digital consultancy across several of their key clients. You will be joining a dynamic team and contributing to the development of cutting edge applications.

The ideal candidate would have worked in the Public Sector, Civil Service or for a consultancy to be suitable for this role.

You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Developing, testing, and deploying high-quality code primarily using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Designing and implementing cloud-native applications on AWS (Amazon Web Services).
 * Contributing to the Front End development using JavaScript.
 * Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
 * Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
