This role is designed for early-career talent who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, collaboration skills, technical curiosity, and a passion for driving outcomes through influence rather than authority. The TPM I partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives. Working under the guidance of experienced Technical Program Managers, the TPM I develops foundational program management skills while learning how to navigate technical systems, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Successful TPM I employees progressively build the capabilities required to independently lead complex cross-functional programs and advance within the TPM profession.
