The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus., * Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, systems design, or IT strategic planning. 3+ years supporting federal or DoD enterprise architecture initiatives. * In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application rationalization, data integration, and system interoperability. * Familiar with DoD EA policies, DODAF Department of Defense Architecture Framework views, and system modernization strategies. * Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications * Certifications such as TOGAF, DODAF Department of Defense Architecture Framework , or FEAF Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework training strongly preferred. * ITIL Foundation or PMP is a plus., * Bachelor's degree in in Information Systems, engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's preferred, * Enterprise Architecture Design * IT Modernization & Integration * Strategic Planning * Data Governance & System Interoperability ## Description * Type of environment: Office * Noise level: Medium * Work schedule: On-site (Full-Time) - the Program Manager is expected to interface directly with Government leadership and oversee daily operations across NCIS ITD functional areas, most of which are headquartered at Quantico. * Amount of Travel: Up to 10% annually. While primarily based at NCIS HQ in Quantico, occasional travel is necessary for program oversight across NCIS's distributed operations., This position supports an upcoming government contract proposal and is contingent upon contract award and government approval. Candidates must meet all stated requirements and may be required to sign a Letter of Commitment (LOC)., The Enterprise Architect drives alignment between NCIS IT capabilities and DoD/DoN Enterprise Architecture (EA) standards.
