In this role, you will support creative design, digital marketing, and back-end development. Your responsibilities include writing clean code, managing our Content Management System (CMS), improving site speed and security, and delivering an outstanding, secure user experience (UX). Web Development & Technical Operations * Design & Build: Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web pages using Figma, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, including CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, MS SharePoint). * Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve core web vitals, page load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility * Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix front-end and back-end bugs, broken links, plugin/theme conflicts, and Website Host issues. * Security & Maintenance: Implement regular security audits, manage SSL certificates, coordinate routine database backups, and protect against cyber threats.
