Jira Administration & Program Tracking - Strong hands-on experience configuring Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and JQL; not just an end user. 2. Manufacturing / Hardware Program Management - 3+ years supporting technical programs in hardware, manufacturing, or engineering environments, including cross-functional execution. 3. Technical Documentation & Data Reporting - Strong technical writing and Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience creating SOPs, status reports, dashboards, and structured tracking systems. Experience with NPI, BOM/material readiness, engineering changes, databases, and visualization tools is highly preferred. ## Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive program execution and operational structure within a manufacturing engineering organization.
