Required:

 * Familiarity with Windows and ChromeOS environments.

## Description

The IT Specialist supports the technology infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations of a K-12 charter school. This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. The IT Specialist ensures reliable access to technology tools for students, staff, and administration, and provides timely technical support to minimize downtime and enhance learning environments., * Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, smartboards, surveillance cameras, IP phones, and other hardware.

 * Support and maintain software applications, user accounts, and system updates.
 * Respond to help desk requests and provide timely technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
 * Maintain school network infrastructure, including IT rooms, electronic accessories, computers, switches, APs, cameras, phones and AV systems.

 * Assist with repairing, managing and deploying computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
 * Maintain technology inventory and assist with asset tagging and tracking.

 * Provide professional and courteous customer service in all interactions.
