 * Your ownership of key stakeholders with data operators, engineering, and support
 * Excitement for the growth and development of AI data
 * Someone adept at prioritization of competing requests, who's able to move both quickly, and in an organized manner
 * A level of hardcore-ness while still treating people like people
 * Intermediate level understanding of ML

Nice to Have

 * Previous experience being a strategic projects lead or data program manager for other AI labs/data vendors
 * Technical skills to build tools for data annotation or collection
 * Ability to leverage AI to help improve productivity

## Description

This role is about designing and rolling out tasks to our operators so that they're delivering data that is is high in quality, quantity, and variety.

You'll work in coordination with Machine Learning, Software engineering, and Data to define the framework and tools on which to build ontology around. Your role is vital to ensuring our data operators are aligned with the guidances for annotations/collections and that the machine learning team are receiving what they need to run successful experiments.

What You'll Do

 * Own task creation for data ontology
 * Manage the project side of data annotations or collection
 * Create documentation
 * Be in the weeds and annotate data yourself anytime something new is being designed
 * Create data annotation or collection processes
