Special licenses, registration or certification * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Education or training N/A Level and type of experience * Considerable experience with systems and applications support and administration. * Some experience with communications networks and network protocols. * Some experience with programming and scripting for the support, enhancement and integration of applications and systems. * Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people. * Proficient skill in the use of Microsoft Office software and database related software. Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification) * Working experience with the administration and support of CBORD's CS-Gold application and associated hardware. * Considerable Experience with FM: Systems or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Working Experience with "Smart Buildings" and "IoT" and the ability to apply these concepts to a broad variety of programs for the monitoring, control and automation of building systems. * Basic knowledge of programming DDC controllers with DOS-based line programming and digital management software. * Basic Knowledge of BacNet, Lon and Siemens communications protocols and devices. ## Description Provide advanced IT engineering support and leadership for all campus partners/departments. Provide support for rollouts and ongoing support of electronic work order systems, and provide the technical expertise necessary to efficiently manage modern "Smart Buildings" and other systems.
