* 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
 * Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Java-based frameworks for building microservices.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
 * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
 * Proficiency using AI pair-programmers and engineering assistants (specifically GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Code) to optimize workflow efficiency and accelerate problem-solving"
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Set Yourself Apart With

 * Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
 * Experience with serverless computing and event-driven microservices.
 * Knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
 * Strong understanding of security best practices for microservices and cloud-native applications.
