## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
 * Extensive experience in application support, production support, DevOps, or related technical disciplines.
 * Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution in enterprise environments.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
 * Experience working cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Advanced degree in a related field.
 * Experience supporting financial services or fintech applications.
 * Knowledge of automation tools, scripting, and process optimization methodologies.
 * Experience leading large-scale application support initiatives or projects.
 * Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and operational governance frameworks.

## Description

As an Analyst Lead, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and optimizing complex application environments. You will partner with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance system reliability., * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact application and production support issues.

 * Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
 * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support upgrades, enhancements, and defect remediation.
 * Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
 * Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
 * Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
 * Support client implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational activities.
