* Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree welcome.
 * 5+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience across GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Special Purpose Ledger.
 * SAP S/4HANA implementation experience preferred.
 * Exposure to rights or licensing management platforms.
 * Understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
 * Hands-on Fiori app experience.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
 * Self-directed, effective with minimal oversight, strong global team communicator.

## Description

* Convert business requirements into practical SAP FICO solutions with development teams
 * Design, test, and roll out solutions aligned to business processes and goals
 * Drive configuration across GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger
 * Partner with Finance, rights management, and sales operations to deliver tailored solutions
 * Handle enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes across the FICO landscape
 * Support finance initiatives and SAP system upgrades
 * Author functional specifications and coordinate with developers on enhancements/reporting
 * Connect SAP FICO to downstream platforms, including rights management systems, BW, and BPC
 * Train end users and maintain process documentation
 * Support quarter-end/year-end close and ensure audit compliance
 * Build and maintain functional specs for RICEFW
 * Safeguard data integrity across financial and controlling systems
 * Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
