This role focuses on maintaining the application performing transactional data processing, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability across the application infrastructure. You will be assigned to work as part of the DevOps team, but will coordinate across multiple initiatives, partnering with Operations and Engineering to deliver robust solutions to Production. You will also leverage modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to improve development speed and efficiency as well as to ensure system reliability. This role is central to maintaining the backend systems that power our core products and integrations. You will directly impact system scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple customer-facing and internal platforms. Your work will help ensure that complex healthcare and insurance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and securely at scale.
