## Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and development of complex enterprise Pega solutions for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega architecture, Constellation UX, enterprise integrations, and large-scale application delivery within highly regulated environments.
This role requires a hands-on architect who can drive technical strategy, establish reusable frameworks, mentor development teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives., * Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.

 * Define and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.
 * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
 * Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
 * Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
 * Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
 * Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
