Employee Experience Focus - Champions a supportive and engaging employee journey that enables staff to thrive and, in turn, deliver exceptional patient care. ## Description The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer II is responsible for the creation of BI reports, dashboards and other forms of information designed to gain new insights, monitor key organizational and operational measures, and provide visibility throughout the organization and to our customers of our performance. Builds new data sets and data structures as required to support business needs, and for managing the distribution, replication, and archival of data.
