Technical aptitude is important, but strong customer service and professionalism are equally critical to success in this role., Required: * 1 to 4 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or technical support. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues independently. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly visible, customer-facing environment. * Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Preferred: * CompTIA A+ Certification. * Experience with Active Directory. * Experience supporting Windows 10 environments. * Experience with deskside support and endpoint troubleshooting.
