## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)\n
 * Hands-on experience administering Jira/Confluence\n
 * Deep understanding of Jira's architecture (workflows, permissions, notifications, screens, etc.)\n
 * Advanced skill in writing complex custom JQL filters\n
 * Sharp analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement\n
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly\n
 * A current TS/SCI security clearance\n, * Proficiency in scripting, programming, or automation\n
 * Familiarity with Air Force ISR operations\n
 * Experience with Target Production Management Systems such as On Target, Krampus, Terminator, JEMS\n
 * DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification compliance\n
