 * Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across cross-functional engineering teams.
 * Define scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics to ensure on-time execution.
 * Develop and maintain project plans, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
 * Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
 * Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communications, and leadership updates.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical issues throughout the program lifecycle.
 * Support engineering teams in prioritization, estimation, release planning, and resolution of technical challenges.
 * Monitor key performance indicators including schedule, quality, resource utilization, and delivery commitments.
 * Coordinate resource planning and staffing activities to ensure effective team allocation.
 * Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance program execution and delivery performance.
