This role operates at the center of large-scale infrastructure delivery, driving execution across highly complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep expertise in data center buildouts, infrastructure coordination, and executive-level program leadership., * 10+ years of technical program management experience

 * Proven experience leading large-scale data center or infrastructure programs
 * Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
 * Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and hardware deployment
 * Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution at scale

 * Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, networking, and operations
 * Establish program governance, risk management frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
 * Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
 * Ensure alignment with OCI's global expansion and capacity planning strategies
