This role is responsible for the administration, tracking, analysis, and management of cases within Salesforce while helping improve workflow efficiency and reporting. The Salesforce Analyst will work closely with operational and IT teams to ensure cases are appropriately assigned, monitored, and resolved. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytics, process improvement, and healthcare operations. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift * Monday - Friday * Standard business hours * Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in NYC, 3 days remote Key Duties * Coordinate Salesforce administration activities and case inventory management. * Triage, assign, route, and monitor incoming cases to ensure timely processing. * Track, trend, and analyze case activity, volumes, and aging metrics. * Maintain and update case records within the Salesforce platform. * Assist with production reporting, operational metrics, and data analysis. * Partner with IT teams to develop reports and support system enhancements. * Provide support for Salesforce user training and adoption. * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and quality. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
