Process Standardization * Develop and implement standardized workflows for RFIs, submittals, commissioning, QA/QC, turnover documentation, and project controls. * Establish document control standards, naming conventions, and reporting procedures. * Support rapid project mobilization and ensure consistency across multiple active sites. Training & Support * Provide hands-on support to Project Managers, Superintendents, MEP teams, and field personnel. * Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to maximize platform adoption. * Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and process improvements. Reporting & Data Management * Maintain accurate, real-time project information. * Develop dashboards and reporting for construction leadership covering project health, schedules, financial tracking, and operational performance. * Monitor system usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
