This position focuses on complex provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, troubleshooting escalations, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements. The Senior Lead Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts while driving process improvements and automation initiatives. Unlike the Supervisor role, this position does not directly manage team members but acts as a technical lead and escalation point within the IAM function. This is an individual contributor role., The Senior Lead Analyst will act as the technical lead and escalation point within the IAM Security Administration team, partnering closely with the Supervisor to ensure high-quality service delivery. Occasional after-hours work may be required for priority issues. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. US day shift: [SLST, 7:30 PM- 3:30 AM (Next day)]. Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support.
