The team provides comprehensive IT support, including Network Engineering, Maritime Operations Center/Tactical Systems, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio/Visual (A/V), Portal Management and Application Development, Staff IT Business Processes, Satellite Communications Planning, Information Assurance (IA)/Certification & Accreditation, Database Administration, Communications Security/EKMS, and general IT maintenance, updates, and application enhancements., The Staff IT Services Support role provides IT administrative and Tier 1 technical support to users for desk phones, mobile devices, Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) equipment/peripherals, and multi-function printers. The role also serves as Command Technical Representative (CTR), acting as a liaison between Headquarters staff and the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) management team. * Provide Tier 1 IT administrative and technical support to users. * Partner with Staff ISSOs to validate NMCI/NGEN equipment inventories, services, and ad hoc requirements. * Process MAC requests, CLINs, and Task Order Modifications to meet staff requirements. * Coordinate staff NMCI/NGEN equipment refreshes with ISSOs. Liaison with NMCI/NGEN personnel on refresh plans, including equipment delivery, workstation upgrades, problem resolution, equipment pickup, and NET database updates. * Coordinate emergent NMCI/NGEN network and systems upgrades with Team Leads and ISSOs to ensure smooth transitions and minimize operational impact. * Maintain an accurate Staff VIP listing.
