 * Product Context: Background working in consumer wearables, smart products, connected devices, hoop/fitness tech, or IoT-based mobile apps.
 * Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience with cross-platform mobile (Flutter/Dart), white-label codebase architectures, cloud backends (Firebase/Cloud Functions), and BLE device protocols.
 * Practical AI Fluency: Active use of modern AI developer tools to accelerate personal and team productivity.
 * Data Integration: Experience handling biometric, time-series, or physiological signal data pipelines (e.g., PPG) is a strong plus.

 * 100% Hands-On Execution: Stay close to the codebase day-to-day-setting technical standards, building key features, and solving complex architectural challenges.
 * Hardware/Software Bridge: Act as the direct technical link connecting mobile software to physical hardware via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
 * Team Guidance & Delivery: Work alongside and organize a small core of 3-4 internal developers and specialist external dev partners to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.
