## About the Role

The Support Technician provides technical assistance to clients across diverse environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced MSP setting., * 1-3 years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)

 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
 * Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs)
 * Experience with RMM/PSA platforms
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD
 * Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional onsite visits

## Description

* Deliver remote and onsite technical support for client systems
 * Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, networks, printers, and cloud services
 * Manage and document support tickets with accuracy and professionalism
 * Assist with new user, device, and client on-boarding
 * Monitor and maintain systems using RMM tools
 * Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and common business applications
 * Escalate advanced issues to senior engineering staff when appropriate
 * Build and maintain positive client relationships through reliable service
