In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex physical edge data and intuitive cloud applications, directing the architecture of scalable APIs and highly responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Platform teams to deliver seamless, real-time security and operational intelligence to our customers while mentoring and growing a world-class engineering team., * Intelligent Site Experience Leadership: Serve as the single-threaded engineering leader owning every customer-facing surface across web and mobile platforms, including operator consoles, admin portals, and site management workflows. * Product & UI/UX Elevation: Partner closely with Product Management and Product Design (UX/UI) to translate complex operator needs into intuitive, role-aware, consumer-grade interfaces that make LVT's user experience a primary competitive advantage. * Agentic Workflows & AI Integration: Oversee the development of seamless, intent-driven interfaces powered by agentic AI workflows, allowing customers to configure, monitor, act on, and document site operations through simple conversational and automated interactions. * Fullstack Architecture & Scalability: Partner with Principal Engineers and Architects to design, build, and maintain highly scalable, cloud-native backend services and performant frontend architectures capable of processing real-time video and IoT data streams. * Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and grow high-performing teams of fullstack, frontend, and backend engineers.
