Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)." ## Description The C2BMC Planner (PLNR) Product Team seeks a hybrid Scrum Master/Software Engineer who will report to the Product Owner, provide servant leadership, and contribute hands-on Java development. Approximately 30% of the role's time will be dedicated to facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and guiding the team through Program Increment (PI) planning, feature decomposition, and cross-team dependency management; the remaining 70% will focus on designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining Java applications, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools for the Planner subsystem. The ideal candidate brings proven Scrum Master experience (certification preferred), 3-5+ years of Java development experience in a missile defense or high-availability systems environment, strong technical and people skills, and familiarity with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for government financial tracking, as a plus. Success will be measured by timely delivery of sprint and PI objectives, high team engagement, rapid impediment removal, and high-quality, mission-critical software that meets performance, security, and reliability standards.
