## About the Role

* 10 or more years of progressive technology leadership experience , including senior responsibility for enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations. \n
 * A bachelors degree in technology, computer science, business, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field. \n
 * Experience setting technology strategy, leading teams, managing budgets and vendors, and delivering major system initiatives. \n
 * Strong judgment in cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity. \n
 * The ability to turn business needs into scalable solutions that people will use. \n

Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or another multi-location, project-based business is strongly preferred. Familiarity with construction ERP, project management systems, HRIS, payroll, and field technology is a plus. \n
