* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
 * Proven experience in analyzing business processes and developing solutions for improvement
 * Strong project management and organizational skills
 * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, develop strategies, and ensure successful project implementation.  * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
 * Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, tasks, and deliverables

 * Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
 * Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure new processes and systems meet business requirements
