Desired Skills and Competencies: * Experience working in a federal government IT environment. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification. * Cloud certifications in one or more platforms, such as: * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert * AWS Certified Solutions Architect * Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect * Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management in cloud environments. * Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, and other federal compliance frameworks. * ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience. * Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies and FinOps principles. ## Description Koniag Government Services is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a deep understanding of cloud solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs and driving cross-functional teams to deliver results. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, combined with strong program management skills to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives. The ability to obtain or maintain an active Secret clearance is required to support our government customer. The Technical Program Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of large-scale cloud-based programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of program goals with organizational objectives.
