Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. ## Description * You will lead an application development team through the life cycle of an application's development and manage the first half of the application's life cycle process. * You will plan and deliver a full range of customer support services during the development life cycle. * You will support the maintenance of existing application software and provided avenues for development of new additions or modification of existing application software., * Analyzing legacy systems and migrate them to modern architectures to improve performance and ensure system reliability; * Developing and maintaining backend services and database structures using Oracle, MySQL, or other relational database management systems; * Maintaining, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to resolve operational issues; * Working closely with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to other developers; * Utilizing version control systems and configuration management practices, such as Git and CI/CD pipelines, to track software changes and ensure predictable delivery; * Developing applications with cybersecurity in mind, including implementing secure coding practices and resolving vulnerabilities; and * Gathering, translating, and interpreting functional business requirements into technical design specifications for software development.
