## About the Role

* Requires a Bachelors degree computer science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. \n
 * At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, XML), with deep proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations.\n
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, required.\n
 * Advanced ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, preferred.\n
 * Strong expertise in ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) modules.\n
 * Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform governance.\n
