## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in IT change management or technology adoption

 * 3+ years of experience supporting the intelligence community
 * Experience developing technical user guides and job aids
 * Experience developing and delivering technical training
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
 * Knowledge of knowledge management practices

 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with Agile methodology, requirements management and JIRA, or a similar RTM platform
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
 * Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills
 * Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
 * ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher
