What you'll be working on: - Identifying and solving challenging systems, process and tooling issues to make things better for our customers - Designing and implementing entire new software components, products or services which improve operational efficiency - Investigating technical issues thoroughly, performing root cause analysis, identifying changes to procedures and systems and implementing long term fixes to avoid repeating issues. - Providing solutions to technically challenging real business problems in a global organization, A SysDE is responsible for maintaining and improving their team's services end-to-end, requiring them to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues that arise within their systems. They will design and implement testing, monitoring, and validation improvements across services, tools, and infrastructure to ensure their teams can continuously deploy new versions with minimal interruption.
