Technical Experience & Skills: * Proven experience working with Motorola Infrastructure Technologies, including Astro25 cores, the MCC Console line, Radio Management, and third-party networking equipment. Certifications & Compliance: * Must possess or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification. * Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations). Clearance & Eligibility: * Must be a U.S. Citizen. * Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary background and security clearance levels required by the U.S. Federal Government Contracting Office. * Requirement to successfully complete a Standard Form 86 (SF-86) Questionnaire for National Security Positions. * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required (employer work permit sponsorship is not available). Location Constraints: * Candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a location within a 1-hour commute of the customer site in Brunswick, GA. * Must be willing to travel by air up 10% of the time to Maryland and/or New Mexico. ## Description Seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled On-Site LMR Technical System Manager to oversee and maintain our customer's state-of-the-art Astro 25 Trunking Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system. Working directly at the customer's facility in Brunswick, GA, you will act as the primary technical point of contact, operating with indirect supervision to ensure optimal system performance, seamless subscriber management, and exceptional customer satisfaction. * System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily maintenance of critical infrastructure.
