* Je hebt een ware passie voor IT en haalt voldoening uit complexe troubleshooting.
 * Uitgebreide hands-on ervaring met Microsoft-omgevingen kent voor jou geen geheimen (Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Hyper-V, SQL, SharePoint, clusteromgevingen, Remote Desktop Session Hosts).
 * Je beschikt over een sterke basis in netwerken (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN's) en serverhardware. Kennis van VoIP en/of Apple macOS is een mooie plus.
 * Je hebt een "can do"-mentaliteit, neemt ownership over jouw projecten/tickets en werkt uiterst accuraat.
 * Talenkennis: Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je professioneel en vlot uitdrukken in het Frans. (Kennis van het Engels is meegenomen)

* Complexe IT-uitdagingen oplossen: Je analyseert, reproduceert en verhelpt complexe storingen en prestatieproblemen binnen sterk uiteenlopende klantomgevingen.
 * Installatie & Optimalisatie: Je biedt hoogwaardige ondersteuning bij de configuratie, installatie en optimalisatie van IT-infrastructuur, hardware en software.
 * Adviseren als Expert: Je denkt proactief mee met de klant. Je adviseert hen over hoe ze hun IT-omgeving stabieler, veiliger en toekomstgericht kunnen maken.
 * Kennisdeling & Sparringpartner: Je werkt nauw samen met collega-experts en leveranciers bij escalaties. Daarnaast fungeer je als mentor voor collega's, deel je actief kennis en help je bij het optimaliseren van processen en documentatie.
