## Description

* Führung & Teamentwicklung eines 12-köpfigen Teams (vom Lehrling bis Senior) in der IT Infrastruktur inkl. Coaching, Weiterentwicklung und Schaffung klarer Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten.
 * Technisches Projektmanagement für Infrastruktur-, Server- und Netzwerkprojekte (Planung, Organisation, interne Koordination) im Umfeld HPE/Aruba und allgemeiner IT-Infrastruktur.
 * Projekt-Monitoring & Steuerung: Aktives Management von Zeitplänen, Fortschritt, Prioritäten und Eskalationen sowie Sicherstellung der zuverlässigen Umsetzung der vereinbarten Aufgaben.
 * Ressourcen- und Leistungsplanung als Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb - Abstimmung auf Basis von Angeboten und laufender Projektlage.
 * Controlling-/Abrechnungsnahe Projektsteuerung: Zusammenarbeit mit Vertragsabrechnung/Controlling zur korrekten Abrechnung sowie KPI-orientierten Steuerung.

 * Starke Führungs- und Strukturkompetenz: heterogene Teams sicher führen, klare Regeln/Verantwortlichkeiten etablieren und Entscheidungen durchsetzen.
 * Technisches Grundverständnis in Infrastruktur- und Serverprojekten (u.a. Aufbau, Planung, Umsetzung).
 * Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement: Organisation, Ressourcenplanung, Koordination und Überblick über mehrere parallele Projekte.
 * Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis für Projektabrechnung/Dienstleistungen/KPIs sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling/Abrechnung., * Senior Leadership & Verantwortung: Karriereschritt in eine zentrale Führungsrolle mit 12 Direct Reports - kombiniert mit hoher operativer Verantwortung und persönlichem Wachstum.
 * Gestaltungs- & Aufbauchance: Neuausrichtung und Aufbau eines IT-Teams mit hohem Potenzial inkl. Mitwirkung an Recruiting-/Hiring-Entscheidungen und "frischem Wind" in einer veränderungsbereiten Einheit.
