## Description

* Je staat in voor de installatie, configuratie en het beheer van hardware, software, servers en netwerken.
 * Je analyseert incidenten, behandelt tickets en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing, zowel 1st als 2nd line.
 * Je bewaakt de veiligheid, performantie en continuïteit van IT-infrastructuren, inclusief back-up en recovery.
 * Je adviseert klanten en collega's en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en totaaloplossingen.
 * Je documenteert je werkzaamheden en behoudt het overzicht over de volledige IT-omgeving.
