## About the Role

* 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
 * Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications required; Platform App Builder or other certifications are a plus.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
 * Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
 * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
 * Ability to work on-site in Brussels with occasional client visits.

## Description

* Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
 * Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
 * Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs.
 * Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
 * Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance are followed.
 * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
 * Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
