## Description

* Liderar el equipo y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con la plataforma CyberArk.
 * Administrar, mantener y optimizar la plataforma CyberArk, incluyendo sus módulos on-premise y cloud.
 * Gestionar y dar soporte a incidencias, peticiones y cambios relacionados con la plataforma.
 * Realizar upgrades, aplicación de parches y health checks de los distintos componentes.
 * Atender incidencias críticas, asegurando tiempos de respuesta adecuados y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos.
 * Documentar las actividades técnicas y funcionales realizadas.
 * Colaborar estrechamente con el cliente para garantizar la calidad del servicio, una comunicación efectiva y el cumplimiento de los SLA.
 * Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de datos e inteligencia artificial.
 * Desarrollar e implementar modelos de Machine Learning e IA Generativa.
 * Diseñar, implementar y mantener procesos ETL.
