AI experience will be assessed through demonstrated hands-on build work, not certification. Years & Area Experience · 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development. Non-negotiable. · Demonstrable delivery experience in ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflows - Sales and Order Management, CSM, Product Catalogue or Order Management. · Hands-on experience building AI capability on the Now Platform - Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI agents, or Virtual Agent/Predictive Intelligence at a build (not demo) level. Technical skills - required · Strong ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, GlideRecord, server-side and client-side scripting, script includes, business rules, ACLs. · Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scoped application development. · REST/SOAP API integration, authentication patterns (OAuth/JWT), transform maps and data import. · Now Assist / AI Agent Studio: configuring AI agents and skills, prompt design, grounding AI in platform data. · UI development: UI Builder / Now Experience or Service Portal. · Automated Test Framework (ATF) and source control (Git) / update-set discipline. Technical skills - desired (ramp-up areas, not entry filters) · Logik.ai experience - configuration and solving engine, pricing logic, composable/API-first implementation patterns. Rare in the market; treated as a strong differentiator. · CPQ domain knowledge: product configuration, constraint-based rules, pricing and discounting models, quote-to-cash processes. · CPQ experience on other platforms (Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ/Callidus, Conga, PROS, Tacton). · Agentic AI patterns beyond the platform: MCP-based integrations, multi-agent orchestration. · Industry exposure to complex-product sectors: manufacturing, high-tech, telecommunications, industrial, medical devices. Soft skills · Strong ownership and accountability for technical quality and delivery. · Able to communicate with commercial stakeholders (sales, pricing, finance) as well as technical teams. · Analytical mindset; able to decompose complex commercial rules into structured, maintainable logic. · Consultative - challenges requirements constructively and presents options with pros, cons and risks. · Comfortable working in a fast-evolving product area with limited established precedent. · Excellent written and verbal communication in English. What we offer · Early role in building a CPQ and AI practice on a newly established, high-demand ServiceNow capability. · Company-sponsored training on Logik.ai CPQ and ServiceNow AI capability, plus continued certification support. ## Description Senior ServiceNow Architect to build and extend CPQ and quote-to-order solutions within ServiceNow's CRM and Industry Workflows portfolio, working across Sales and Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM) and the Logik.ai-powered CPQ capability. This is a hands-on platform development role for an experienced ServiceNow architect with demonstrable AI capability on the Now Platform. ServiceNow development experience and AI/Now Assist experience are both prerequisites. CPQ-specific and Logik.ai product knowledge can be developed on the job for a candidate who already brings the platform and AI foundation., · Design, develop and configure solutions across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ, including product catalogue, quoting, pricing logic and order orchestration. · Build and extend CPQ capability on the Logik.ai-powered stack: configuration rules, pricing logic, transaction handling, and integration with the wider ServiceNow order lifecycle. · Develop AI-enabled capability using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio - designing AI agents, skills and prompts to support quoting, product discovery and sales workflows. · Build integrations between CPQ/SOM and external systems (CRM, ERP, billing) using REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes. · Develop scoped applications, business rules, script includes, flows and UI (UI Builder / Now Experience) to the highest technical standard. · Translate commercial requirements - product structures, pricing, discounting, approvals - into maintainable platform logic. · Guide and review the work of mid-level and junior developers; act as a technical reference point for CPQ and AI-related build decisions. · Contribute to the growth of the practice's CPQ and AI capability: reusable assets, standards and internal knowledge sharing. · Support scoping and estimation of CPQ and AI workstreams., We firmly believe that companies and clients set the direction of the industry, but it is people who build it.
