## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects.
 * Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations.
 * Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management.
 * Experience working with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset.
 * Fluent in English.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects.
 * Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
 * Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions, Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications.
 * Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
 * Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
 * Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
 * Facilitate communication between global and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.
