## About the Role

* Proven experience as an IT Platform Engineer with strong proficiency in Python.
 * Ability to manage the complete software development lifecycle, from solution planning and design through development, testing, and automated deployment.
 * Strong experience in object-oriented programming, analysis, and design, preferably using Python.
 * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including storage, access management, networking, and related services.
 * Good understanding of data governance practices, including Databricks Unity Catalog.
 * Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases; knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB is an advantage.
 * Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
 * Good understanding of incremental software development, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
 * Experience applying SOLID principles and software design patterns to build maintainable and scalable solutions.
 * Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and its practical application.
 * Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as pytest and mocking libraries.
