For this position, these are all crucial success factors for achieving your goals in collaboration with your team and the business. ## Description We ARE Renewables is seeking a Scrum Master/Team coach Specialist for one of our clients in Utrecht. Tasks and responsibilities In collaboration with your teams, product owners, leads, and other scrum masters, you actively work on strengthening team performance and team flow, both within the teams and in the broader context of the result cluster. You challenge the teams to continuously improve, take ownership, prioritize based on value, and work in a data-driven manner. You are aware of your role and position and create a positive and safe working environment where constructive feedback conversations are possible, contributing to the growth of team members and to a work environment where everyone can be themselves. You act as a change expert within the cluster and, together with your fellow scrum masters from other clusters, coach the teams within the broader context of interdependencies and the development of the team and cluster roadmap. You leverage your skills regarding agile methods and techniques to resolve impediments.
