## About the Role

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * 9 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.
 * 9 years of experience in operations management and facilities management., * Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure.
 * Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment.
 * Ability to perform operational assessment and risk analysis of third-party sites.
 * Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party colocation data centers, ensuring continuous facility availability and aligning with providers to manage service delivery.
 * Lead the response to major power or cooling redundancy failures, focusing heavily on incident management, risk management, and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance to prevent critical outages.
 * Coordinate capacity expansion works across multiple site locations, maintaining a strict focus on safety and ensuring zero unplanned disruptions to live operations.
 * Validate the technical information, risk registers, and maintenance procedures provided by third-party vendors to enforce strict operational governance, without directly managing the third-party technicians.
 * Conduct regular on-site operational assessments and partner with internal engineering teams to ensure that operability, maintainability, and reliability remain the most critical criteria for all infrastructure assets.
