You actively keep the customer informed of progress and communicate clearly; in short, the customer knows where he stands. + Decisiveness: you know how to take action. What will you do? + You are the point of contact for our customers and know how to support them technically. + You handle incidents from reports in an automated incident management system. + You will process functional and technical user queries (register, answer, resolve or escalate). + You actively work on our customers' infrastructure and monitor real time. + You monitor the timely handling of calls and - whenever possible - resolve malfunctions. In doing so, you are aware that the Service Desk is the hub of the organisation.
