About the role We're working with an established organisation that is continuing to evolve the way it delivers technology, with agile working and AI now playing an increasingly important role across its software delivery lifecycle. They're looking for a driven and articulate Development Lead to join their Application Delivery team. This is a varied leadership role combining people leadership, stakeholder management and technical oversight. You'll lead a multidisciplinary Digital Product Team, helping developers, workflow specialists and testers deliver high-quality solutions while continually improving the way the team works. You'll play an important role in supporting the organisation's transformation, helping teams adopt agile ways of working, make effective use of AI and maintain strong standards around quality, architecture and security. Working closely with Business Partnering, DevOps, Security and Architecture teams, you'll help turn priorities into effective delivery while balancing customer value, risk, resources and return on investment.
